Organizational research and management technologies
The LabGES research focus on the study of “organizations and technologies of management”, specifically on the impact analysis of the use of computational technologies in organizations. The goal is to develop reference models in order to manage reliable virtual systems.
Specific interests
Impact of our work
Technological innovations offered by ubiquitous computing, cloud, big data, mobile, and the creation of the Public Key Infrastructure to regulate electronic transactions in the country expanded the use of new technologies in organizations.
The application of these new technologies and cryptographic protocols of security for information systems demand the reconfiguration of organizational management models.
Specifically, we focus our reasearch in:
(1) To develop technologies to support joint and cooperative action between virtual organizations;
(2) To develop management techniques for volunteers cooperation in social networks, e-participation, e-inclusion;
(3) To study and to develop solutions for privacy management and information security in ICT application in e-health.
